Omniform windows 7 64 bit

The forms themselves look and work just like your average fill-able PDF form does -- the user fills in the form controls check boxes, text boxes, etc , and then saves the form and prints it, if appropriate. I recently read that OmniForm has been discontinued, and that OmniPage is its indirect replacement. I admit that I haven't thoroughly studies the benefits of OmniPage, but its pricetag makes me want to look elsewhere before even checking into it.

We are under a pretty tight budget crunch, and nobody thought to budget for this particular piece of software, so the less expensive it is, the better. Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement for the current OmniForm solution?

MrChad Lifer. Aug 22, 13, 2 I have some ideas, but none that are particularly cheap. I'll take any ideas at this point Jun 16, 1 0 0. GeekDrew said:. Can I move my licensed copy of FormDocs from one computer to another?

Select FormDocs in the list of programs and click 'Remove'. During the un-install process you may be prompted by your security software for permission to make an internet connection, which you must allow. When completed this process frees up your FormDocs license so that you can install it onto some other computer.

My computer's hard drive crashed. Can I reinstall FormDocs after replacing the drive? FormDocs can recognize the same computer even if you re-image, re-format or replace the hard drive. Can Formdocs be installed in un-attended or 'silent' mode? You can install Formdocs from a Command-Line batch file, passing feature switches and registration information. What kinds of documents can I convert to fill-able FormDocs forms? Some bit programs may run slower on these operating systems than they would on bit versions of Windows.

Alternatively, some bit programs that require lots of memories may exhibit increased performance on the xbased versions of Windows. This performance increase occurs because the xbased versions of Windows supports more physical memory than the bit versions of Windows. For more information about the differences in memory management between the bit and bit versions of Windows, see the "Virtual Address Space" topic in the About Memory Management section of the Microsoft Platform SDK documentation.

The xbased versions of Windows doesn't support bit programs or bit program components. The software emulation that is required to run bit programs on the xbased version of Windows would significantly decrease the performance of those programs.

A bit installer is frequently used to install and configure a bit program. Additionally, some bit programs require bit components to run correctly. Although bit programs that require bit components might run correctly after they're installed, you can't use the bit installer to install a bit program.

Programs that require bit components can't run on xbased versions of Windows. If a bit program that requires bit components tries to run a bit file or component, the bit program will log an error message in the System log. The operating system will then let the bit program handle the error. To determine whether a program requires a bit component, install and run the program.

If the program generates an error message, contact the manufacturer of the program for an update that is compatible with the xbased versions of Windows. The xbased versions of Windows doesn't support bit drivers. All hardware device drivers and program drivers must be compiled specifically for the xbased version of Windows.

If a bit program tries to install a bit driver on a computer that is running an xbased version of Windows, the installation of the driver fails. When this behavior occurs, the xbased version of Windows reports an error to the bit program. If a bit program tries to register a bit driver for automatic startup on a computer that is running an xbased version of Windows, the bootstrap loader on the computer recognizes that the bit driver isn't supported. The xbased version of Windows doesn't start the bit driver, but does start the other registered drivers.
