Radeon hd 4400 driver

Thanks for your feedback. A few weeks ago I started having issues with video playback. Many of the videos play sound with no picture. This is happening on YouTube, and Facebook. Windows Update says everything is up to date. It showed an update was available, so I downloaded, and tried to install it. The installation failed. Does anyone know what could be causing this? After the driver failed to install, a notice said something about failing to detect hardware.

Hardware acceleration setting is in the software you should be using. I have an ATI Radeon HD which has a critical problem with the driver, it doesn't run videos from Steam, or from the app Hyper for YouTube, it just shows a green screen, but audio runs well, I installed Windows 10 just 2 days ago, what can I do? If I disable the driver from Device Manager, the videos work again, but laggy, very laggy, I can't wait for a driver update, because this video card isn't supported anymore, and last driver from AMD for this video card was for Windows 8 not 8.

When I tried to search online, I only get vendors trying to sell me stuff and mess up my pc. I cant believe that Windows 10 made an update, and HP doesnt have a driver that works. I am just trying to set my resolution back to x, but its not in the drop down box. Please help. I clicked on the update and the system gave me an offer to roll back to the old driver dated and that is what I did and it fixed everything.
