Windows 2003 server constantly rebooting

As for the mini dump it points to mfehidk. Do you have that installed if not get it to crash and post more files make sure to change the Complete memory dump to something smaller.

I opened a support case with ms, their response. Based on our experience, uninstalling SP1 can be considered as a temporary workaround before the fix is released. Uninstalling sp1 Is this a definate reason why this is happening? Will my problem definately be fixed after uninstallation? Is this a definate reason why this is happening? At worst it is something else and removing SP1 doesn't fix things. You can always load the SP back on.

But some google searching will certainly bring up quite a few folks with a problem that sounds very similar and that was fixed by removing the SP.
