There is something missing from the files that the program is looking for, possibly a hidden file or CD disk partition. Not sure If you have windows 10 x64 then the game probably won't run on your system.

The problem is the program is looking for 32 bit dynamic link libraries that need to exist on the CD. If you run a virtual windows xp environment you can play the game.
