Sounds like a cashe problem with the hard disk. With mb ram windows has lots of space for cashing. But to be safe slow down your ram timing in the bios first, if it works your ram is the problem. Hi It may be that the data that should be saved to this file during shutdown can not be saved because the shutdown is too fast.
